At Mellow Sleep, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, you have 30 nights to initiate a return. We offer a seamless return process to ensure your journey to better sleep remains completely stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
